Role Overview
The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the organisation or business unit. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Financial Performance & Commercial Oversight

- Support investment planning, commercial negotiations, and business development activities.
Leadership & Organisational Development
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing leadership and operational teams.

- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure organisational structure and capability align with business objectives.
Governance & Risk Management

- Support business continuity and crisis management planning where required.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, partners, suppliers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the senior representative and ambassador for the organisation externally.
- Present business performance and strategic updates to the Board and shareholders.
- Support investor relations and strategic partnership activities where applicable.
Transformation & Growth Initiatives
- Lead organisational transformation, scaling, or restructuring initiatives where required.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, General Manager, Country Manager, or senior executive leader.
- Strong track record delivering commercial growth and operational success.
- Experience managing complex business operations and multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change, transformation, or scaling initiatives.
