We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Personal Banking. This role provides the strategic direction and leadership that drives the success of the Personal Banking Division by guiding multi‑channel teams, elevating performance, and supporting sustainable growth across Coastal Community Credit Union.

What’s the role?
As our Senior Vice President (SVP), Personal Banking, you’ll report to the Chief Relationship and Growth Officer and lead the Personal Banking Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping the overall direction of the retail business and ensuring that vision comes to life across all member‑facing channels. You’ll lead high‑performing teams across branches, digital services, and the contact centre, fostering alignment, operational strength, and ensuring consistent member experience.
You’ll champion innovation, strengthen community connections, and advance strategies that enhance financial well‑being for members while driving sustainable growth for the organization. You will also play a key role in developing leadership capability, elevating service standards, and ensuring that the Personal Banking division is well‑positioned to meet both current and future needs.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) – $153,407.00 to $193,500.00
The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
