KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Chief of Staff to join our Consulting National organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support to the Consulting Service Group Leader on key decisions and initiatives
• Approve and oversee the creation of content for internal and external presentations to partners, employees, media, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate to develop, gain consensus for and track the implementation of strategic priorities and annual goals
• Support and oversee employee communications, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with organizational goals
• Develop content for events and meetings, including presentations, talking points and speaker preparation
• Coordinate with Operations, Strategic Growth teams and various functions in the US, the Americas, and Global

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of recent experience with a public accounting firm, advisory services firm, or a large multinational organization conducting financial audit or corporate accounting
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
• Extensive exposure to and experience with senior US Advisory leadership along with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional communication strategy and execution capabilities
• Strong knowledge of business practices: financial analysis, operations and communications, coupled with strong persuasion, facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead a team that includes participants and other stakeholders at all levels

California Salary Range: $180000 – $357000
