Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Operations Focused
Location: Elmsford, NY (Greater NYC area)
Compensation: $200,000–$250,000+ base + bonus and future equity potential
Relocation: Available for the right candidate

We need an operator who can turn our growth momentum into repeatable systems and scalable processes — not from behind a desk, but by being in the field, sleeves rolled up, getting it done.
The Role
This is not a “traditional” COO role.
It’s a hands-on operations leadership position for someone who thrives in the field — visiting branches, walking the yards, talking to drivers, and turning operational chaos into clarity.
You’ll own the operational heartbeat of the company: logistics, distribution, fleet, facilities, and process discipline across 60+ locations. You’ll start by learning the business firsthand, then build and document the playbook for how it should run at scale.
