As our COO, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across all aspects of Fluechem’s business.
• Oversee all global operations, ensuring efficient and profitable growth.
• Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver upper quartile HSEQ and customer satisfaction performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for the marine chemical sector.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Extensive experience in the marine sector and/or the chemical industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent decision-making capabilities and a focus on achieving results.
• Deep understanding of operational excellence principles with a strong commercial acumen.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.
