Wells Fargo is seeking a Chief of Staff (Business Execution Senior Lead) to support the Head of Business Development for Cards and Personal Loans. This role will serve as a strategic advisor and operating partner, driving alignment and execution across the Business Development portfolio.
The Chief of Staff will play a key role in helping shape and execute the organization’s strategic priorities by providing structure, visibility, and coordination across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. This individual will help drive business planning, executive communications, organizational effectiveness, and partnership-related activities while ensuring leadership remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, this role will help translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations, support the evaluation and advancement of growth opportunities, and enable effective decision-making through thoughtful analysis, strategic insight, and clear communications. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 – $239,000.00
