The IOPC is the independent police complaints watchdog for England and Wales. We investigate the most serious complaints and conduct matters involving the police, and we set standards by which the police should handle complaints.
We are going through a period of change and transformation and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief of Staff reporting directly into our newly appointed Director General. This is a permanent position and the postholder will be based in our Canary Wharf office.

Additional information:
Due to the nature of this job role the postholder will be based in our Canary Wharf office and will be required to spend the majority (60 – 80%) of their contractual hours working in-person due to nature of the job role.
