In this role, you will:
- Partner with the sales team to negotiate enterprise deals.
- Build and manage customer relationships to support both new engagements and ongoing partnerships.
- Lead planning processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
- Own team operating rhythms — run offsites by setting agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting action items, and tracking follow-ups.
- Manage special projects and sensitive initiatives that require discretion, high judgment, and direct founder support.
Your background and skill sets look like:
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks.
- History of taking full ownership of responsibilities and outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing what needs to be done.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, learn quickly, and execute effectively.
- Collaborative and willing to do any task, regardless of glamor, to get the job done.
- Extremely reliable. Consistently delivers on commitments with minimal oversight.
