With significant market momentum, strong investor backing, and a leadership team committed to scaling responsibly, the company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to build the financial foundation for its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly visible leadership role.
This is an opportunity for a finance leader who wants more than reporting and budgeting. You’ll sit at the center of company strategy, helping drive growth, improve performance, and build the infrastructure needed to scale a complex healthcare business.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape the finance function, influence executive decision-making, and become a key partner to both the leadership team and board.
What You’ll Own
- Lead the company’s finance organization and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-range strategic modeling
- Build KPI reporting and performance management frameworks across the business
- Drive operational rigor and accountability through data-driven decision making
- Oversee cash management, financial controls, and accounting operations
- Develop investor, board, and executive reporting
- Manage and optimize financial infrastructure as the company continues to scale
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
What We’re Looking For
- Finance leadership experience within high-growth healthcare, technology, or tech-enabled services businesses
- Strong FP&A, strategic finance, and controllership capabilities
- Experience building systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure from the ground up
- Ability to operate both as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator
- Proven track record partnering with executive leadership teams during periods of rapid growth
- Healthcare services experience is highly desirable
