Chief Financial Officer
About Us:
Founded in 2014, Greenbrook Partners is a technology-driven, vertically integrated, institutional-quality real estate investment manager. The company invests primarily in New York City multifamily assets across two strategies: value-add and core/core-plus. Greenbrook has grown into one of the largest private multifamily owners in New York City, with a 150-person team overseeing a portfolio of 450+ properties and 2,100+ apartment units concentrated across Brooklyn and Queens. Since inception, the company has raised more than $1.5 billion of equity from institutional capital partners. Through its affiliates, the company provides property management, leasing and construction services to bring a luxury experience to its tenants while maximizing value for its investors.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in tax strategy – including entity structuring, REIT and partnership tax considerations, and tax planning at the property, fund and corporate levels – and brings outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to train, mentor and develop their team and to lead succession planning across the finance and accounting organization.
