Position Summary
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial activities for the organization. The CFO provides strategic leadership for the organization to improve financial outcomes, ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Reporting
Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and the Board of Directors
Supervision
Provides direct supervision of the marketing team and third party accounting firm.
Typical Physical Demands
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
Typical Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work.
