Central Park Rehabilitation Hospital of Denver is a 40-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the Denver metropolitan area. The hospital specializes in comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. With advanced rehabilitation technology and a patient-centered care model, the facility partners closely with acute care hospitals to support safe transitions and optimal recovery outcomes. What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership at the CEO or senior executive level in inpatient rehab, or acute care settings
- Demonstrated success in hospital operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Strong financial and strategic acumen
- A collaborative leadership style focused on patient outcomes and team improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in hospitals and/or healthcare
- Minimum of five (5) years in an administrative or operational role in post-acute care (specifically physical rehabilitation)

Posted Total Compensation : The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,000 to $240,000. Minimum Salary: USD $175,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $240,000.00/Yr.
