CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Part Time

Kody is a rapidly growing fintech company specialising in online payments and financial services for businesses. We’re building a best-in-class product and need a Fractional CFO to help scale our finance function, ensuring we stay agile, compliant as we grow globally.

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic finance leader with global experience who can scale a finance function in a fast-moving startup/scale-up environment to join us part time (2-3 days per week). You’ll be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, mentoring a small but mighty team, and ensuring financial discipline while staying resourceful.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and optimising our finance operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring efficiency, compliance and scalability.
• Own financial forecasting, cash flow management and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure we’re on top of tax, reporting and regulatory obligations in different markets.
• Work closely with leadership on fundraising strategies and investor reporting.
• Support and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• We’re a lean team, you’ll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into operational finance when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO (or similar leadership role) in a high-growth startup or scale-up (ideally in fintech).
• Strong global finance experience, you know your way around different regulatory landscapes.
• Hands-on approach, comfortable working in a small team and being resourceful.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.
• Experience in fundraising and working with investors.
• Passion for fintech and a belief in the power of financial services to change lives.
