Role Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining and executing the organisation’s technology vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Innovation

- Establish technology roadmaps and development priorities.
Infrastructure & Operations
- Lead the management of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cloud environments.
- Ensure system performance, availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Optimise technology operations to support scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships and third-party technology partnerships.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity strategies and controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
- Promote best practices in information security and governance.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technology and engineering teams.

Commercial & Strategic Support

Stakeholder Engagement

Candidate Profile
Experience
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Technology Director, CIO, or senior technology executive.
- Strong track record leading technology strategy and large-scale technical operations.
- Experience driving digital transformation, platform development, or technology innovation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing technical teams.
