Role Overview
The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, supporting the execution of business priorities, operational coordination, strategic initiatives, and organisational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to support strategic planning and execution.
- Assist in translating organisational priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct research, analysis, and briefing preparation to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and key business initiatives.
Executive Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate executive leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across departments and stakeholders.
- Improve organisational processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Support prioritisation and management of critical business activities.
Project & Programme Management
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure accountability and progress across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments to achieve business objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO, leadership team, employees, Board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Support preparation for Board meetings, investor updates, and leadership communications.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and external networks.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefing documents, and internal communications.
- Support leadership messaging and organisational communication initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking tools.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of strategic priorities and updates.
Organisational Effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve organisational alignment and operational performance.
- Support change management and organisational transformation initiatives.

Leadership & Special Projects

Candidate Profile
Experience
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, consulting, project management, or executive support role.
- Experience working closely with senior executives or leadership teams.
- Strong track record managing cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
- Experience operating within fast-paced, high-growth, or complex organisational environments advantageous.
