Role Overview
The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is responsible for developing and executing the organisation’s digital strategy to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, innovation, and business growth. Reporting to executive leadership and working closely with technology, product, marketing, operations, and commercial teams, the CDO will oversee digital transformation initiatives, digital products and platforms, customer engagement technologies, and digital capability development.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure seamless and customer-centric digital experiences across the organisation.
Digital Products & Platforms
- Oversee the development and optimisation of digital products, platforms, and services.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and commercial teams on digital innovation and product strategy.
- Support agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure digital platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with organisational goals.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Evaluate emerging digital technologies, tools, and trends.
- Promote innovation and experimentation across the organisation.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Chief Digital Officer, Digital Transformation Director, VP Digital, or senior digital leadership executive.
- Strong track record leading enterprise digital transformation and innovation programmes.
- Experience developing digital products, customer engagement strategies, or digital operating models.
- Demonstrated success driving organisational change and digital adoption.
