Role Overview
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s administrative functions and ensuring efficient operational support across the business. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with executive leadership, the CAO will lead corporate administration, business operations support, governance coordination, facilities management, policy development, and internal operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Leadership & Operations
- Oversee enterprise-wide administrative operations and support functions.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational standards to improve organisational effectiveness.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across administrative and operational processes.
Corporate Services Management
- Lead corporate support services including facilities, procurement, office operations, travel, and vendor management where applicable.

- Manage relationships with external service providers and operational partners.
Governance & Compliance

- Assist with risk management and business continuity planning initiatives.
Strategic & Operational Support

Financial & Resource Management

Leadership & Team Development

Candidate Profile
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer, Operations Director, Head of Administration, Chief of Staff, or senior operational leadership executive.
- Strong track record managing administrative operations and organisational support functions.
- Experience improving operational processes and organisational efficiency.
- Demonstrated success supporting executive leadership and cross-functional operations.
