Sierra is accredited as a Chest Pain Center with a PCI designation from the Society of Chest Pain Centers. Our nationally recognized surgery department offers El Paso’s only Stereotactic Radiosurgery.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Strategy Officer will be responsible for oversight of the business and strategic planning and marketing integrity of The Hospital of Providence. He/she will have responsibility for advancing the Hospitals’ short- and long-term business growth plans and the development and implementation of hospital business strategy and market position. Serving as chief strategy spokesperson for The Hospital of Providence, the Chief Strategy officer oversees the strategic and business planning functions for the facility. In addition, this person will lead Business Development related activities for the hospital.

Leads in development and implementation of facility business strategy
Aids in Service Line Development
Effectively manages the Provider Outreach Program and works to meet community need through recruitment of physicians
Analyzes data to make fact-based decisions and monitors variances to understand facility trends
Supports an effective consumer engagement plan and partners to ensure improvement in consumer experience

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of five years of experience in Strategic Planning and Healthcare Strategy/Development is required. Experience in developing complex business plans and using data to drive strategy is a must.

An undergraduate degree in Business, or appropriately relevant field, is required. An advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health is strongly preferred.

A competitive compensation program will be tailored to the selected candidate. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance bonus and comprehensive, well-rounded benefits program, which includes relocation assistance.
