Chief of Staff to the CEO Full Time

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support our CEO in progressing strategic priorities, coordinating cross functional initiatives, and engaging with government, industry, and education partners. This is a trusted, high-profile role offering exceptional exposure to executive decision making and organisational delivery.

You will bring experience working with senior leaders, confidence navigating complex environments, and a clear, relationship focused approach. Strategic insight, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

This role sits at the centre of our journey of continuous improvement and evolution, supporting the CEO to maintain focus and amplify impact across the organisation.

Hybrid working (minimum three days in our London office), with travel to Birmingham and occasional UK or international travel.
