The VP of IDG Commercial Segment Strategy and Operations is seeking a high potential, top performer for this position: requiring a professional demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work on a wide range of tasks and strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff (COS) is a critically important role, enabling the VP to work more effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This is not an administrative role – it is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility as well as a willingness to play an active, operational and communicative role. This position is rotational, the candidate is expected to commit to at least 18 months.
As the VP’s ‘trusted counsel’, the role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This position will report directly to the VP of IDG Commercial Segment Strategy & Operations.
