Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the Vice President of Growth and Partner Marketing (GPM) at Autodesk and the GPM team. This role is crucial in driving the success of the GPM team by providing operational, strategic, and administrative support. You will act as an important partner and trusted advisor, to build our team’s goals and deliver key projects.
You will report to the Vice President of GPM who is based in Germany. This position can be 100% remote, located in the U.S., Canada, or in the UK. If based in the U.S. or Canada, there is a preference for the Eastern Time zone. Candidates should be comfortable working with a globally distributed team.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $139,400 and $225,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
