Our latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.

We are committed to being a flexible employer, as we understand you don’t have to be in the office to do your best work, however this role is based in London (Shoreditch) and ideally you will be able to join us in the office 3 days per week (on average).

Your Impact:

We launched in the UK early in 2025 after obtaining our FCA authorisations and have launched our initial clients. We’re looking for fintech enthusiasts to join us in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. We’re building the first Investment API to enable any financial institution offering a wide range of efficient and transparent investment products, such as stocks and ETFs in nominal, portfolio, and fractional form. Our mission and vision is to make investing as easy as spending money.

What you’ll do:

• Shape Upvest’s UK business and strategy to establish the leading investment infrastructure for fintechs, banks, brokers and wealth managers
• Play a critical role in scaling a growing business, acting as an extension of the general manager and collaborating with senior leadership to execute strategic goals and support our clients to scale
• Work closely with our UK clients and cross-functionally with product, operations, legal/compliance and strategy teams to deliver impactful change
• Lead high-impact projects, gaining broad exposure across the business
• Build external relationships with clients, ecosystem partners and industry/policy bodies to provide external insights and inform best practice
• Help us build and maintain a positive and proactive culture in the UK team and maintain the foundations for effective collaboration

What you bring:

• You have 5+ years experience working in investments, banking or fintech – with exposure to strategy, commercial, product and/or regulatory topics
• You have demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, effectively engaging internal and external stakeholders to drive change
• You thrive in ambiguity and enthusiastically take the initiative to drive improvements; you probably have multiple examples of taking responsibility and creating roles and opportunities for yourself
• You’re a generalist – you love solving problems, working with cross-functional teams across a range of domains to get things done, and connecting the dots between people and topics
• You excel at analysing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving towards measurable outcomes
• You enjoy building relationships with clients/partners and have experience working with them collaboratively to solve problems and achieve shared goals
• You are a fintech enthusiast, ideally have experience in the investment market and are excited to shape the future of investing

Your plus would be:

• Consulting experience
• Financial services GTM/ sales or account management experience
• Experience working across a range of regulatory topics in financial services
• Industry knowledge – thorough understanding of the investment industry, its current trends and competitive landscape
