The Chief Impact Officer (CIO) is a senior executive leader focused on measuring, accelerating, and amplifying the organization’s success in ending homelessness through housing solutions. This role advances organizational excellence through strategic partnerships, operational alignment, performance management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous quality improvement. The CIO also leads system-change efforts that strengthen coordination and integration between the organization and non-housing systems, including healthcare, behavioral health, reentry services, public benefits, transportation, crisis response, and other community-based and governmental systems impacting housing stability and client outcomes. The CIO is scaling new models of care and service integrated with health care by directing the Medicaid strategy, securing and growing partnerships and value-based agreements with Medicaid MCOs, and other collaborators in health care.
