This is not your typical Chief of Staff role. This is a high-leverage role focused on turning strategy into execution. You are the person the CEO turns to when a topic is business-critical, cross-functional and requires a single owner to drive it forward. You bring structure to complexity, alignment to competing priorities and accountability to execution. Your success is measured by the speed and quality with which the company makes decisions and delivers results. You operate with the explicit mandate of the CEO. In practice, this means:
You do not manage individual functions or replace their leaders.
The Chief of Staff does not lead through hierarchy. The Chief of Staff leads through mandate, alignment and execution.
Priorities set by the Chief of Staff are to be treated with the same level of importance and urgency as if they came directly from the CEO.
You work directly with the CEO on the company’s most important priorities. Your focus: Execution.
In particular, you will drive:
You translate priorities into concrete initiatives, create clarity around ownership, and drive critical initiatives to completion – with clear backing from the CEO.
1. Kick Off Chat (45 min -1h)
Friendly virtual chat with People & Culture and the Hiring Manager to explore the role, your experience, and our culture.
2. Expert Interview : Case Study (1h30)
Meet key stakeholders Patrick (CEO) and Oli (CFO) together with P&C and present a practical business case to demonstrate your strategic thinking and execution skills.
3. Onsite – Meeting in Stuttgart
An opportunity to meet the C-Level Team virtually or in person.
