You will be joining the Institutional Client Group (ICG) Chief Operating Officer (COO) group, which supports the team which manages the Bank’s relationships with institutional clients across the Fixed Income product suite. ICG facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) product suite and financing to institutional clients, including financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. This role will primarily support the US Flow & Structured Rates desk within the US as well as supporting the Short Term and Repo desk sales teams. You will be the sole Business Manager/COO supporting the Rates desk which is a dynamic and growing team within ICG and so will have significant management visibility as well as scope to drive different projects. You will work closely with the Americas ICG COO to support on driving the client strategy effort in region including client reviews, strategy decks, initiative tracking and revenue forecasting & reporting.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170K to $200K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
