Position Overview:
What if you could use your experience to develop a suite of products that revolutionize the back-office operations of the entertainment industry? Our digital solutions covering Accounting & Financials, Payroll & HR, Metrics & Insights, Content & Collaboration are designed to fuel creativity and help entertainment projects run as efficiently as possible. That’s why we’re looking for a VP of Product to take on the challenge of maturing our Production Accounting Solutions at Cast and Crew on our journey to transform a historically manual workflow industry.
In this role, you will lead the discovery, planning, development, and execution of your product strategy to meet the company’s goals and objectives and will oversee the entire product lifecycle for new and our existing financial products for Record to Report and Procure to Pay phases of the Production Accounting Experience spanning Feature Film, TV, Streaming, Commercials, Live Entertainment and Music Tours.
This strategic position will also provide mentorship, guidance, and training to other members of the product team, and work cross-functionally with the VP of Product for Payroll Solutions to drive the strategic direction of our product suite and influence product growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles, understanding customer needs, and driving product success.
On a day-to-day basis you will work to support and level-up the Product Managers on the team while establishing and educating the organization on best practices. You will work cross-functionally with your peers in UX and Engineering and report into the Chief Product Officer.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $225,000.00 – $270,000.00 per year.
