Purpose of Role
As a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team, the Vice President, HR Business Partner – Regions will be responsible for providing HR leadership, consulting, and expertise across the three regions – Americas (NA, LATAM), Europe (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC) – to support the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic and operational plans. The individual will align Under Armour’s global Human Resources strategies with business strategies and successfully implement critical people initiatives in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing business.
The VP, HRBP reports to the Chief People Officer and will be based in Baltimore, MD leading a team of four direct reports and over 60 teammates across the three regions inclusive of 30+ countries. This teammate will provide direct support to the Americas region serving as the direct partner to the President of the Americas. The HR leaders for EMEA and APAC report directly into this role. The Regions, representing the commercial operations of the company, is comprised of ~1,000 corporate teammates and 13,000 retail teammates in locations around the world.
