Reporting to Lisa Yerian, MD, Executive Vice President, Chief Clinical and Operational Improvement Officer, the Vice President of Lean Transformation Improvement is responsible for the vision, leadership and execution of global Lean transformation strategies that drive sustainable results and innovate care delivery to 14.5 million patients served across the globe.
This leader ensures enterprise-wide objectives that are achieved through best-in-class Lean practices, a robust management system and Lean continuous improvement initiatives, integrated with advanced technology. Supporting key executives, this leader will spearhead cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of Lean thinking and performance excellence across the global enterprise.
This is the ideal role for a proven Lean transformation and sustainability executive with measurable outcomes. This executive must have the ability to inspire and sustain momentum in initiatives and must possess strong leadership behaviors, including influencing, empathy and team development. Additionally, this executive will have the capability to recruit, develop and retain top talent in Lean continuous improvement.
Healthcare experience is not mandatory for this role, but the candidate must be adept at learning and developing relationships within a complex organization.

Pay Range: $87.24 – $172.29 / hour
