The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the senior executive of the Wisconsin Electric Cooperative Association (WECA). The CEO is vested in the responsibility to develop the framework to plan, direct, coordinate, and control WECA’s day-to-day operations. This includes oversight of WECA’s finances, operations, and human resources by providing effective leadership and delivering tangible benefits to the organization’s membership while meeting financial and operational goals and objectives.
