Role Overview
As a Pinnacle Business Guide, you will operate as an independent consultant, partnering with entrepreneurial leadership teams to implement the Pinnacle Operating System™. You’ll facilitate high-impact strategy sessions that help align vision, strengthen execution, and build healthier company cultures.
This role is well-suited for experienced executives, consultants, and coaches who want to scale their impact while maintaining full ownership and flexibility of their professional practice.
Responsibilities
*Facilitate strategic sessions with leadership teams using the Pinnacle Operating System™ framework.
*Guide clients on vision setting, execution discipline, people alignment, and performance management.
*Build and manage a portfolio of client companies, supported by Pinnacle’s brand, tools, and community.
*Engage in Pinnacle’s professional network through ongoing training, peer collaboration, and events.
*Deliver measurable outcomes for clients while growing your own independent consulting practice.
Ideal Candidate
*Proven Experience: 10+ years in executive leadership, consulting, coaching, or entrepreneurial roles.
*Facilitation Skills: Able to lead high-level conversations and drive strategic alignment.
*Entrepreneurial Mindset: Motivated to build and manage your own consulting practice.
*Value Alignment: Passion for service, growth, authenticity, and helping others succeed.
*Collaborative Spirit: Willing to learn, share, and contribute within a peer network of high-performing consultants.
