As Director General Capabilities, you’ll be responsible for leading the corporate and professional services functions of the NCA and for the organisation’s strategic planning as a whole. The role has responsibility for ensuring the NCA has effective support capabilities, providing high quality performance data and design and delivery of major transformational change; as well as the development of medium-term strategic plans and reporting on delivery of these plans to the Home Secretary.
