We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of CIIOM Country Chief Operating Officer.
The Channel Islands and Isle of Man are strategically important to the HSBC group and this role as the COO is a member of the local Executive Committee and HBEU (HSBC Europe) COO Leadership Team. The role holder is jointly accountable to the CIIOM (Channel Islands & Isle of Man) CEO and HSBC Bank Plc & Europe COO in ensuring effective stewardship of market business strategy development and execution to deliver business growth objectives and meet the PBT target for the market. The role is a registered person with the Jersey regulator (JFSC) with personal accountability and has delegation of SMR (Senior Manager Regime) responsibility from HSBC Bank Plc & Europe COO.
