SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for building, organizing, and managing a team of technical staff adhering to the Bank’s technology strategic goals and business objectives. Responsibilities include defining strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with peer teams, identification of solutions, researching functionality, contract negotiations, purchasing, implementation and deployment of technology projects. Provides oversight and directly manages the functional areas of Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Desktop Level 2 Support, Network Recovery Plan, IT Service Delivery, vendor resources and Technology compliance controls. This person must provide strong leadership and direction, excel at multi-tasking and have the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-tech environment
