We are seeking an exceptional Chief People Officer, a strategic, forward‑thinking and commercially astute leader, to shape the culture, capability and workforce strategy that will carry PayPlan into its next chapter. This is an ideal role for someone ready to step into their first CPO role or continue growing in the early stages of a CPO career.
This is a career‑defining opportunity to influence at Board level, lead our people transformation end‑to‑end, and build a modern People function that enables high performance, deep engagement and sustainable growth.
As our Chief People Officer, you will be the architect and steward of our People strategy, ensuring that our culture, organisational design, talent, leadership, and colleague experience become an engine for business performance.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, bringing strategic clarity, pace and rigour across all aspects of the people agenda, while retaining a grounded, hands‑on connection to operational delivery.
