The Chief People Officer gatesolutions is a global role and plays a pivotal role as a strategic business partner to senior leadership for Lounges, Trains, deSter and Central kitchens, setting and driving HR initiatives and people standards measuring KPI’s that align with business goals and gategroup strategy for HR, ESG and Internal Communications while fostering operational excellence and a highly engaged workforce. Making a measurable impact on new business outcomes, and employee satisfaction. Building and maintaining relationships with business and key stakeholders from tender to mobilization and transformation and beyond. The Chief People Officer is a member of the gatesolutions leadership team and is integral to the Global People Leadership Team, contributing to the company’s global HR strategy.
