What You’ll Do
The Chief Operating Officer provides strategic oversight and leadership across the Bank’s core operational functions, including marketing and communications, IT/IS, project management, operations, the customer care center, customer service, and facilities. This role partners with other executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for both customers and employees.
What We’re Looking For
Background & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 8 years of bank experience with 5 years of managing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
