Now, we’re searching for a transformational Chief Operating Officer to join our team, to help us scale boldly, operate flawlessly, and lead our mission to set new standards in the industry.
What you will lead as COO:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our entire operational platform. You’ll be a core member of the Executive Board, responsible for delivering operational excellence at pace and scale, making sure our target operating model stays agile and ahead of the curve.
– Architect Operations at Scale
Our fast-growing workforce, hundreds of sites, and 24/7 service. You’ll lead the engine room with our Business Unit Directors.
– Bridge People & Tech
In-House developed technology. Data-driven decision making. Operational tech as the enabler of excellence.
– Own the P&L
Every process, every margin, every decision matters.
– Shape Culture
Inclusive. Values-led. You’ll champion our award-winning inclusive culture and empower our colleagues to be the next generation of SBFM leaders.
– Drive Expansion
M&A integrations, new sector rollouts, rapid global & national scaling; all executed with precision.

Embed Robust systems, processes and drive efficiencies with data-driven decision making.
– Strategic Execution
Work with our leadership team to turn ideas into action.
– Cultural Team Leadership
Build and empower the next generation of SBFM leaders. Modelling our values, inspiring belief, and a champion of inclusive practices and innovation.
– Cost Discipline
Protect and enhance our margin through automation, efficiencies and thinking outside the box. Working closely with the CFO to ensure financial sustainability and operational budgeting.
– Risk Management and Compliance
Ensure the organisation adheres to all legal, regulatory and compliance standards.
– Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a key representative in negotiations, partnerships and customer relationships.
