The Role
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Marsh Specialty UK is a strategic leader responsible for driving the design and transformation of the digitally-enabled Specialty UK Target Operating Model (TOM) while ensuring alignment with the Marsh Global TOM and evolving London Market landscape. This role involves acting as a key advisor to the Specialty CEO and senior leadership, facilitating decision-making that prioritizes customer interests and promotes the Marsh and MMC brand.
