What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Growth: Partner with the CEO to design and execute the business’s strategic direction, expanding offerings and growing revenue streams aligned with our vision and mission.
- Operational Management: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our core values.
- Program Innovation: Strengthen and scale existing programs while introducing innovative technologies and services to meet market demands.
- Leadership Development: Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to support sustainable growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of professional experience in operations, with 8+ years in a senior operations role.
- Experience in lending, financial services, or FinTech, preferably in a scaleup environment.
- Familiarity with “experience businesses” where clients choose to work with you because of the seamless experience you offer.
- Experience with exit/acquisition processes.
- MBA from a top school preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams, with a focus on transparency and accountability.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence and commitment to ethical practices.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to business challenges.
