We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who can bring their experience and expertise in operations and management to our mission.
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will join our senior leadership team to drive our strategic aims forward. You will lead on creating policies and procedures which improve our operational efficiency and ensure compliance with various regulations. You will support the Community Engagement Lead, Radical Change Lead and Workforce Development Lead to deliver on our five-year strategic objectives.
This is a great opportunity for a highly-motivated, empathetic and collaborative individual with proven experience of operational management in a senior leadership role.

· Experience in operational management, including budgeting and financial oversight.
· Track record of successful team management and development.
· Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills.
· Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to make difficult decisions in the best interest of the charity.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
· Competence in advocating for community involvement in service delivery and decision-making.
