An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Derwent Training who are a well-established, successful, not-for-profit independent training provider of Apprenticeships in Leadership and Engineering within North Yorkshire. This newly created Chief Operating Officer role is a key part of the company’s strategy aimed at growth, whilst maintaining the high key outputs already achieved.
The Role:
This Chief Operating Officer position reports directly to the CEO where you will be a strategic leader overseeing the day-to-day operations, translating the CEO’s vision into actionable strategies. With significant growth plans over the next few years, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes, optimising performance, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based on-site in Malton, North Yorkshire. This client offers a great working pattern of a 9 day every fortnight arrangement, meaning you get two long weekends off work a month, which is in addition to your annual leave.
