Chief Operating Officer Full Time

This is a really exciting and significant time to join Southdown; after a period of review to ensure our continued growth we have developed a new organisational Service Delivery Model and over the next six months will review and refresh our five-year business strategy, in which you will play a part, launching from April 2025.

Alongside your colleagues, you will lead the strategic direction and business change activities for Southdown, ensuring that we maximise performance and meet our long-term goals. We’re looking for a collaborative, visible and motivational leader driven by the desire to ensure continuous operational excellence to manage and lead all of Southdown’s operational service delivery functions. You will bring proven experience in implementing business strategies, plans and procedures, and leading teams to create efficient and effective business operations.
