The Chief of Staff to the CFO serves as a strategic and operational partner to the CFO. This individual is responsible for ensuring Finance priorities move forward, managing initiatives, driving the internal operating rhythm, and providing execution support for recurring and ad hoc special projects. The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, leads through influence, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. While the role does not include direct reports, it requires the ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Success in this role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who demonstrates initiative, identifies and addresses gaps independently, and brings an entrepreneurial approach to advancing the CFO’s agenda.

Salary/ Wage Range
$120,000.00 – $170,000.00 / year
