Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief of Staff at Aesthetic Home Investments LLC. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing key projects, coordinating communication between departments, and providing strategic support to the executive team. They will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency and promoting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

High Level of Discretion and Confidentiality:

• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality across all work aspects.
• Manage confidential communications between the CEO and key stakeholders, ensuring absolute privacy.
• Navigate the balance between the CEO’s personal and professional lives, handling personal errands and travel arrangements discreetly.
• Draft and review internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a nuanced understanding of confidentiality.
• Implement strict data security protocols for handling sensitive documents and information.
• Identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, ensuring the protection of the CEO’s interests and the company’s reputation.
• Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, especially in real estate transactions and corporate governance.

Strategic Thinking and Decision Support:

• Collaborate with the CEO to set priorities and manage the execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate special projects, aligning with the CEO’s vision and organizational goals.
• Provide well-researched insights and recommendations to support decision-making, particularly in real estate and operations.
• Demonstrate experience in strategic planning and long-term growth with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee the performance of the executive team, ensuring project and initiative progress.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, focusing on real estate-related activities.
• Act as the point of contact for urgent issues requiring the CEO’s attention, managing crises to minimize disruption.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, managing multiple priorities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Communication:

• Facilitate clear and consistent internal communication between the CEO and the executive team.
• Represent the CEO in high-level meetings and communications with clients, partners, and board members.
• Draft speeches, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, aligning with the CEO’s voice and organizational mission.

Meeting Management:

• Plan and manage the CEO’s meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in board meeting preparations and stakeholder communications, developing reports and presentations.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring effective implementation of the CEO’s directives.

Education and Experience:

• An MBA or advanced degree in Business Operations or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience with a strong background in business operations, strategy, or executive support.
• Proven track record in leading executive teams, managing performance, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in mentoring and developing senior staff within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Real estate background required, with expertise in real estate markets, financial analysis, and experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. Experience as a real estate agent or broker is not applicable.
