As a member of the Region Leadership Team, leads the development and coordinates the execution of the overall region business strategy including $60M+ revenue accountability and support of a team of 100+ team members. Leads a team of strategic directors to ensure a collaborative and comprehensive strategic approach to regional outcomes. Provides region operational leadership and management. Serves as a region point of contact and strategic partner for business functions including, but not limited to the People Team, finance, procurement, legal, digital solutions, facilities, internal audit, legal and support services.
*This role is 100% remote and ideal candidate will reside in ACS’s North Region: Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.*

The starting rate is $150,000-$160,000. The final candidate’s relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
