What You’ll Work on
You’ll work directly with the CEO across every function — sales, GTM, marketing, product, operations, people, and strategy. Your job is to take what’s on the founder’s plate and either own it outright or drive it far enough that the final decision is the only thing left.
The work changes week to week. You might be preparing materials for a bank deal, building out a hiring process, coordinating a product launch, running a partnership evaluation, or tightening internal operations. The constant is that you’re always working on whatever has the highest leverage, and making sure what gets discussed actually gets done.
Over time, you’ll help build the foundation for the teams that come next: marketing, customer success, product, and beyond. You’ll shape the roles, set the bar, and create the processes that let Sphinx scale without losing quality.
