The Role

You work directly with the founder. You operate as a force multiplier who plugs into whatever matters that day and makes sure it gets done. That includes deals, product calls, investor work, model launches, internal alignment, and fixing operational gaps before they slow us down. The pace is high. The context load is real. You will see everything.

What You Will Do

• Work with me on the highest leverage problems across product, GTM, partnerships, operations, and fundraising
• Sit in high-stakes meetings with customers, investors, and strategic partners
• Bring clarity to priorities and make sure decisions turn into action
• Build lightweight dashboards and operating systems that keep the team aligned
• Own cross-functional projects end-to-end and clear bottlenecks quickly
• Write sharp briefs, investor materials, and internal notes
• Handle practical execution when needed, such as travel, schedules, logistics, and on-site coordination

Who You Are

• Extremely fast learner who can switch contexts without dropping quality
• Strong analytical ability and comfortable with Python and data tools (vibe coding is enough)
• Clear and concise communicator who can compress complexity
• High ownership, bias toward action, zero drama
• Ambitious and want to operate close to the core of the company
• Backgrounds that tend to work well include top consulting, investment banking, founder’s office roles, early stage operators, ex-founders, ML engineers with broader interests, or exceptional outliers

Requirements

• Relocation to Zurich
• Frequent short notice travel to the UK, Nordics, US, and Asia
• Ability to operate at high speed and handle fast decision cycles
• Whatever it takes mindset
