Chief of Staff Full Time

Mimo, short for Money-In, Money-Out, puts finance and financing on autopilot for established SMEs and the Accountants & Bookkeepers serving them. With offices in Stockholm and London, we’re building self-driving finances for SMEs across Europe.

Backed by top-tier investors like Northzone, Project A, and Seedcamp, we’ve raised ~€15M to date and built a fast-moving team of ~30+.

Our team is full of ex-Founders, Olympians, Vätternrundan winners, and Classical Piano scholars. We’re ambitious and growing fast. Now we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and leadership team to help scale Mimo to the next level.

The Role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll act as a force-multiplier for the CEO and leadership team. You’ll bring structure, focus, and operational excellence to our business, while leaning into automation and AI to scale your impact further. This is a highly strategic and execution-heavy role—perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to help shape the future of Mimo.

You’ll:

• Be a right hand to the CEO – manage priorities, drive alignment across the team, and ensure the most important things get done.
• Lead cross-functional projects – across strategic initiatives, finance, and operational improvements.
• Bridge strategy and execution – translate big-picture goals into structured plans and drive accountability across the business.
• Spot and solve problems before they escalate – anticipate bottlenecks and keep momentum high.
• Use AI to streamline work for you and others at Mimo.

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

• Have 3–6 years’ experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, banking, or operations roles).
• Are a strategic thinker with a bias for action—you can go from 0 to 1, build structure where none exists, and execute with speed.

• Are a strong communicator—able to write and present clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Have grit and adaptability—you enjoy wearing many hats and thrive in a startup where priorities shift.
• (Bonus) Have prior fintech experience, or exposure to regulatory processes, fundraising and investor relations.
