The Chief Marketing Officer will be instrumental in developing a world-class marketing organization and center of excellence across Signet’s portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and driving integrated marketing experiences, data-driven consumer excellence, and unified commerce transformation in order to accelerate business growth and enhance customer experiences online and offline.
Core Responsibilities:
Partnering with global brand and regional/business leaders, s/he will influence all aspects of marketing, with an emphasis on defining, developing, and executing marketing programs that contribute to growth through customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, platform innovation and brand partnerships / collaborations. The CMO will implement a marketing Center of Excellence that uses data and insights to apply a structured approach to marketing. The customer will be the focal point for all aspects of the marketing strategy, and the CMO will help teams drive a data-oriented, full-funnel marketing strategy that drives new customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue across all customer engagement channels and touchpoints.
