Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial health of the organisation. This role will oversee all financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, as well as managing relationships with managers, stakeholders and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
• Tech savvy with the ability to solve systems problems quickly.
• Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the central accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports.
• Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the CEO to shape the company’s strategic direction.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and the directors responsible for each business in the portfolio.
• Oversee the company’s investment activities and manage the due diligence process.

Qualifications:

• It is essential that candidates have a Full Qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and significant post qualification experience.
• Proven track record of success in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
